WSP SELLS (www.wspsells.com) is an award winning transportation engineering company and is one of the leading providers of engineering services to transportation agencies in NYS and the Northeast. WSP SELLS is currently seeking to hire a Manager of Transportation Services for our Albany, NY office.
The candidate must have extensive experience with NYSTA and NYSDOT and must be capable of leading both an active department that has significant backlog of transportation design work and marketing for future work. Successful applicants must demonstrate experience mentoring junior transportation engineers. This position requires a BSCE degree, MSCE preferred, with a NYPE.
Candidate must be well-organized; team-oriented and possess strong communication skills (written, verbal, and comprehension). The Manager must have the ability to develop new business, consistently demonstrating effective work capture planning. Must maintain positive client relationships through networking and participation in professional organizations. The successful candidate needs to be able to manage multi-disciplinary teams and subconsultants while facilitating quality project delivery within specific deadlines.
